2 dimensional image design etchings can be made from either a digital picture, a computer scanned already taken photograph, or you can send us a hardcopy picture that we will scan in (3dsparkle.com will not be responsible for hardcopy picture return or losses in the mail). You will need to follow the following process:

Our 3dsparkle.com graphic design team will then embed your 2D image within the design in the specified area. Our design team will modify the final template design for best artistic effects.

Suggested Photo Requirements

1. File format can be GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF, or BMP
2. Size of the picture should be greater than 640 x 480
3. DPI greater than 300

3 dimensional image design etchings can be made from our 3D Camera and 3D Vision Software. The 3D Camera captures 182 degree view of a person's face or bust. The final layout is skillfully crafted by one of our 3dsparkle.com graphic design specialist by using our 3D Vision software.

Pictures must be taken at our showroom location. For larger groups, please contact us for more detail to arrange and schedule an onsite picture taking session.

Each order may include one or more possible images, please be specific in your instructions. This image could be from a picture you send via email or snail-mail, one of the images selected from our designs, a custom 3D image or text. Most of the picture retouching, cropping and art work are included in the base price. When there are customized image or design request, additional costs may be incurred. Shipping and tax are extra.

3dsparkle.com offers the following font format selections:

If a special message is requested, and you forget to select the font format type, 3dsparkle.com's default font style is Arial Bold.

One change per order, more changes may incur additional costs

For any orders cancelled after the layout approval, a 20% cancellation fee is applied in addition to the associated shipping & handling charges.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, wire transfers, and PayPal. NO CHECKS PLEASE.

All promotion and coupon codes discounts must be input and applied at the moment of order checkout. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been confirmed.

Sparkle*eLite Gift Certificates, Coupon, or Promotional Codes cannot be combined per transaction.

When ordering your email Sparkle*eLite Certificate a separate transaction will need to created per gift recipient(s), unless that recipient is yourself. Your Sparkle*eLite Certificate will be automatically emailed to that special someone within 48 hours of order confirmation. You can add customized messages for the Sparkle*eLite Certificate email. Please make sure you verify and type in the correct recipient email. If a recipient's email bounces back, we will notify you. At that time you can either reconfirm the recipient's email and or we will forward the Sparkle*eLite Certificate code directly to the buyer.
The following is a summary of Sparkle*eLite Certificate terms and conditions:

• Gift certificates can only be redeemed for merchandise at 3dsparkle.com.
• When redeeming gift certificate, any unused balance will be available on the gift certificate for future purchase of merchandise.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law) and are not refundable if lost, stolen or through unauthorized use.
• Item Costs do not include custom design requests, shipping and handling delivery charge.
• 3dsparkle.com costs, designs, products and availability are subject to change.
• Use your gift certificates to place orders for international surprises (Prices are in US Dollars; certain product and shipping restrictions may apply).

3dsparkle.com utilizes major freight carriers such as UPS and DHL.

3dsparkle.com is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or for freight damages. Damages must be reported immediately to the freight carrier. Insurance of up to $100 is standard on all orders.

3dsparkle.com offers free Ground shipping on pretax purchases over $100.00. You cannot combine free shipping coupon offer with any other promotion or coupon.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with links to the shipping company's tracking number and to the URL link to view your detailed information about the status and location of your order.

Each crystal is unique and one of a kind; all crystals are hand made and engraving is individually hand crafted. We stand behind each item produced and offer a 30 day guarantee, less 20% of purchase and the associated shipping & handling charges.

3dsparkle.com produces each order locally and a typical turn-around time is as such:

1. Layout: 1-2 days (provided via email)
2. From Layout Approval: 3-5 days

The shipping duration will depend on the method you choose:

During the 4th quarter Holiday season please allow 10-15 business days for manufacturing of your order and 7-10 days for ground shipping

We offer a diverse selection of bases and stands which complement our various crystal products. In addition, we carry a assortment of colored cleaning cloths to help care for your crystal.

An occasional polishing with a soft cloth will help to maintain the crystal's original lustrous finish. If the crystal is very dirty, wash using warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water prior to drying with a clean cotton cloth.

Do not use sonic cleaners, boiling water or ammonia cleaners.
